Richa Chadda as Nagma Khatoon, is Sardar Khan's wife and mother of four sons. She is a motor-mouth and firebrand who doesn't shy away from the ugliest street slang, and isn't beyond confronting her husband in the brothel and chasing him with a knife. In time, she learns to accept her husbands habit of infidelity but asks him to continue his behaviour albeit with the family honour in mind. She was about to have an extra martial affair with her husband's uncle, but never did it, as her son-Faizal saw them . She was sad that her son Faizal didn't do anything to take revenge from Sultan Qureshi and Ramadhir Singh who killed her husband and elder son . She inspires Faizal to establish his kingdom but is shortly killed in a market.

After she marries Sardar Khan she used to make two braids with sari wearing sweater sometimes she wore sari without sweater. Later when she turned old she started wearing full sleeve blouse with sari with shawl. When she was young she made one braid with sari.

Nagma confronted Sardar Khan and a prostitute in the brothel and chased him with knife. Later she gave birth to Danish Khan when her husband Sardar came she throwed glass on his head. She didn't forgive him later forgives him.She gave birth to Faizal khan. Her husband Sardar left her for Durga, Leaving her helpless. Her sons are grown up and Sardar returns home. Her elder son Danish marries Shama Parveen. Her husband Sardar Khan is killed by Sultan Quershi. Later her elder son is killed . Faizal Khan , who want wants to take revenge from Sultan and Fazlu ,his childhood friend. Sultan is killed by Definite , his stepbrother. Faizal khan marries Mohsina. She is killed by a Pathan
